For those who want something a little more intense than 'The Runaway Mine Train', The Rattlesnake is for you. The ride features many sharp turns and sudden drops followed by sharp brakes to throw you all over the place. By doing this the ride also manages to give high levels of G-Force that you would normally think could only be managed by a large coaster with decent speed.
The theme for the ride is of a Mine Train located on Mexico making it fit in with the theme of Mexicana and has been done remarkably well. Along the queue line you will see some fun models of Mexican's working in the mine each stuck in situations from being upside down in a barrel to stuck on a ladder. To fit in with the usual Tussauds style, the queue line has been fitted weaving around the base of the ride which offers some great views of the trains going round above your head to keep you entertained (while also saving space in the park for more rides).
A notable feature of The Rattlesnake is that it is located in a big hole. While this does actually make the ride look even better than it normally would, the actual reason behind doing it is to keep it invisible from outside the park.
